Portraits of Recovery is seeking to appointment a Business Development Support Administrator and a Digital Marketing Coordinator for K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid).
Earlier this year Portraits of Recovery (PORe) secured two years organisational development funding from Arts Council England’s Elevate scheme.
PORe is seeking to appointment a Business Development Support Administrator and a Digital Marketing Coordinator for K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid).
Working directly with PORe director Mark Prest, the successful applicants will each support the delivery of K.I.S.S and contribute to the development of a 5-year business plan.
The Business Development Support Administrator (BDSA)
This person will play a key role in supporting the organisations strategic development. Ensuring the smooth running of core business processes. The role has a wide remit covering key business functions including: day to day administration, financial management and budgetary control, book keeping, human resources, updating and maintaining policies and procedures H&S, Equal Opp’s, Safeguarding, COVID19, general office, assisting with funding applications and data gathering and supporting the production of management information and metrics in order to help achieve PORe’s key objectives.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
The core duty is to lead on the development and delivery of new organisational digital and marketing strategies for PORe programmes. This role is critical to delivering a fully commissioned website, have in place new digital resources, develop and test digital income generation potential, develop a CRM GPDR compliant database, increase and streamline PORe’s online presence across a range of social media messaging platforms and establish new offers including a Recoverist Membership Scheme for those in recovery. Marketing will be driven through online resources including an Art Media Contacts subscription complementing social media activity.

Those invited for interview will be notified by Friday 11th December with interviews taking place on Thursday 17th December for Business Development Support Administrator and on Friday 18th December for the Digital Marketing Coordinator. Please keep the relevant dates free in your diary.
