The Lived Experience Network are looking for Directors!

Are you committed to amplifying the voice of lived experience? If so, why not become a Director of the Lived Experience Network.

 

Do you believe in the power of creativity and culture to transform health and wellbeing?

Are you passionate about and committed to amplifying the voice of lived experience and challenging inequality?

Do you have the time and expertise to guide a fledgling organisation with co-production at its heart?

If so, then this opportunity is for you!

The Lived Experience Network (The LENs) is looking for Directors of The LENs.

The LENs are looking for Directors who have direct or indirect lived experience. They are particularly interested in hearing from people who identify with one or more of the protected characteristics as defined in the Equalities Act 2010.

Accountancy/finance, law, business management and fundraising are also areas of expertise The LENs  are looking to attract to support the development of the collective.

This role is unpaid and will require attendance at quarterly board meetings.

What is The LENs

The LENs is a network of people who believe in the benefits of creative and cultural engagement to individual and collective wellbeing.

By working in partnership and acting as a critical friend, The LENs will champion access to creative and cultural opportunities for all.

The LENs will work to ensure that the voices of those with lived experience remain at the heart of the arts, health and wellbeing movement.
