Enter the Arts Against Covid Awards

The Awards aim to acknowledge publicly those initiatives demonstrating the positive effects of Arts for health in cases where the individual and collective health of people have been affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic.

The Arts in Health International Foundation (AiHIF) has as its core mission to “foster cooperation between the cultural, social and health sectors to effectively improve society’s health and well-being”. To foster the potential of Arts in improving the health of both people and societies, AiHIF has launched the Arts Against Covid Awards.

The #ArtsAgainstCovid  Awards recognise initiatives that demonstrate the positive effects of the arts on the health of those impacted by Covid-19. The €5,000 prize is available for executed, ongoing or planned arts and cultural activities conceived to improve health and wellbeing.

Special consideration will be given to projects that contain information on the execution, dissemination and wider impact of the results as well as projects that include the participation/involvement of professionals, bodies or health centres.

Deadline for entries is 21 February 2021.
