Community Support Administrator
Lapidus International is looking for a new Community Support Administrator, to provide administrative support to the Managing Co-ordinator for Lapidus activity and as needed by the organisation.
What is the role?
Lapidus International is seeking an organised and self-driven candidate for our Community Support Administrator role.
Lapidus are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a community support role, preferably with social media and website content management experience. In this role, the candidate would be responsible for communicating with the writing for wellbeing community, and helping to develop and share engaging content and resources which are relevant to our members.
This is a part-time, remote working role – around 5 hours a week. A great job for a freelancer looking to supplement their current workload.

Hours: 5 hours a week (20 hours a month)
This is a fixed term freelance role which pays £17 per hour for 6 months (£340 a month), with the possibility of being extended.
- Managing social media groups and pages
- Upload of event information to our website
- Membership database management support
- Zoom ‘tech’ role – hosting events over Zoom and providing technical support (screen sharing, allowing in participants from waiting room, etc) when required.
- Copywriting articles/blog posts for our website
- Creation of marketing materials to share on our social media and website
- Supporting the work of the Lapidus Managing Co-ordinator- could include assisting/deputising for the Managing Co-ordinator at times
- Occasionally reporting to the Lapidus board, which comprises of voluntary members, who meet every month.
This role has no fixed hours – it may require occasional work on weekends (when we are running events, for example) but this will not be a regular occurrence.
Lapidus has no fixed office. The majority of this role will be home-based and delivered online, via email and video conferencing. Current staff and board members are based around the UK. We will accept international applications.
