China Plate & Coventry University Call-Out for healthcare workers

Humans Not Heroes – A unique co-creation project with professional artists, to represent healthcare worker experiences of Covid-19.

China Plate and Coventry University are looking for healthcare workers who are interested in co-creating an artwork based on their experiences of working through the pandemic as part of their Humans Not Heroes Project.

The aim of project is to have a positive impact on healthcare workers through participation in creative activities that enable them to share experiences of the pandemic. Through the co-creation model the participants will work closely with artists and collaborate with other healthcare workers from across the UK in a supportive online environment and co-create a unique piece of audio art work which represents personal experiences of working through the pandemic.

Dr Sally Pezaro, Coventry University is the Research Lead and will develop an impact report that can identify the benefits of the programme on healthcare workers and help to grow the evidence-base for importance of arts and health initiatives.
