Move Together – Dance sessions for women affected by cancer

Dance Centred Move Together sessions offer the opportunity to connect with others through dance, improve physical and mental well-being and feel the joy in moving together.

Open to women at any stage of their cancer experience – whether you have recently been diagnosed, are mid or post-treatment, or are caring for someone else with cancer. Dance Centred understand that having cancer or caring for a loved one with cancer can be very challenging and the focus can become the diagnosis, illness and treatment.

Move Together sessions offer the opportunity to connect with others through dance, improve physical and mental well-being and feel the joy in moving together. These gentle, creative, and playful movement sessions are led by Dance Centred Practitioner Sam Lawrence and supported by Newquay based dance artist Miranda Howard.
