Environmental reporting for Arts Council England NPOs 21/22

Julie’s Bicycle is hosting two webinars to support National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs) on environmental reporting for the current Arts Council England National Portfolio for the year 2021/22.

You have probably heard from the Arts Council team already that NPOs are required to report their environmental data for 2021/22 to Julie’s Bicycle’s Creative Green Tools by 30 June 2022.

NPOs should also upload their up-to-date plans and policies for 2022/23 by this date.

Please note, the deadline has been extended by one month to take into account the revised timeline for the 2023-26 Investment Programme application process.

The window for reporting will now open on 2 May 2022 and will close on 30 June 2022.

To support NPO submissions, Julie’s Bicycle’s will be running two practical refresher webinars on:

Wednesday 4 May, 11am – 12pm

Thursday 9 June, 2pm – 3pm

Both webinars will be recorded and made available should you not be able to attend. You can find further guidance on reporting here and FAQs here.

If you have other queries or you believe your organisation is exempt from the environmental data reporting conditions you can make contact via email or phone 0208 746 0400. Please note that any exceptions must be agreed by Julie’s Bicycle in advance of the deadline.
