Let’s face it, working in the arts and in health is incredibly rewarding, but also very demanding.
Join Sean to reframe the standard ‘to do list’ in a way that will help you to integrate your health and wellbeing into everything you do. You will leave knowing:
- How to create your own intention structure
- How to simplify boundary setting
- Why your health is so valuable
- How to manage your wellbeing each and every day in the simplest way possible
About the facilitator
Sean Houlihan (aka Bear Intentions) is wellbeing professional. In the last two years Sean has created The Intention Structure and this approach to wellbeing so that his clients can stay motivated, develop healthy boundaries and maintain a creative lifestyle. Along side this, he has also developed himself into a performance artist – Bear Intentions. “Play” became a key ingredient in how Sean shares his understanding of mental, physical and emotional health.
The Intention Structure can help us develop clear boundaries, keep us motivated, balance our daily tasks in a way that is healthy and promotes creativity.
