Exeter Network for Art and Creative Technology Meetup
The Exeter Art and Creative Technology Network meetups are an invitation to cultural leaders, artists, creative technologists and those interested in Art, Creative Technology and Exeter to attend informal get-togethers.
The organisers envision envision the Exeter Art and Creative Technology Network meetings to take place 4 times a year. These meetings will give opportunity for people to get to know each other better, to welcome new people and help them plug into Exeter quickly, to share what we are all up to, to share knowledge and expertise, whilst also making us more able to:
• Support and challenge each other and to spot and support new talent – making us all better
• To spot and develop opportunities for great projects, working together
• To make all of our work more visible in the city – to each other and to others
• To position this area of work as an opportunity for the city
ENACT is back in 2020 with a January meet-up. Join the group at the brilliant MAKETANK on Paris Street, Exeter to talk, meet and play with some tech.
This event is for anyone interested in Art, Creative Technology and Exeter, and who wants to say hello to others working in this field. The meet-ups are informal, the agenda is constatly evolving, and the group would love to know how the meeting can be useful to you.
The January location MAKETANK is an artist-led grassroots organisation. Its mission is to build a sustainable community-based platform for performance practitioners within the city to pioneer experimentation, collaboration, and creative civic engagement.
