About this event

Creativity and dementia good practice explores the benefits of creativity for people living with dementia. You will have a brief introduction to dementia awareness, learn how to tailor your practice so it is accessible and engaging, and get advice about working in specific settings.

The session will be delivered by Jayne Howard, Director of Arts Well CIC. Jayne has over 15 years experience of working in arts and health, at both operational and strategic level. She is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and the RSA.

Groups will run, using Zoom, with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 16, allowing for plenty of discussion with the emphasis on enabling you to put your learning into practice.
