During these unprecedented times, it is more important than ever to ensure that your workforce, colleagues, or even your own wellbeing is being looked after. Ensuring everyone remains happy and motivated at work can be easier than you think with a little bit of creativity.

In support of Arts and Health South West (AHSW) Big Give Christmas Appeal, we are being joined by Martin. R. White, AHSW Trustee, and Ruth Davey, Director of Look Again Mindful Photography for Wellbeing, Resilience and Visual Storytelling, for an hour webinar, to help support and boost employee wellbeing. Martin will be offering a regional perspective on health and wellbeing, while Ruth will take us through a wellbeing activity.

This session is perfect for anyone looking for an effective and quick activity to infuse into their working day, no matter what the sector, as well for those who are looking for a sure-fire way to boost employee wellbeing.

This event is in support of Arts and Health South West Big Give Christmas Appeal: Flourishing Through Creativity- Supporting Better Mental Health, and so instead of a set ticket price we are encouraging attendees of this event to donate what they can to our Big Give Appeal when it goes live.

Donations of any size will make a real difference to our Big Give Christmas Appeal, as for every pound donated it is matched and DOUBLED via the Big Give from 1st – 8th December!

Anyone can donate to our AHSW Big Give Christmas Challenge Appeal from midday on Tuesday 1st December 2020, so attendees can commit their support in advance via our website
