Free self-care workshops aimed at freelance practitioners this Spring.

About this event

Replenishing your spirit – good practice for self-care – Many practitioners involved in delivering creative activities for others forget to find the time and techniques to look after themselves and ensure that their own health and wellbeing are supported.

There’s one in-person on Wednesday 25th May at Arts Well’s space at Jubilee Wharf in Penryn; the second will be online on Thursday 26th May. Both workshops will provide an opportunity to explore approaches to looking after yourself, what gets in the way and how to bring creative practices to self-care.
