Invitation to take part in the Bristol Arts and Health Mapping Questionnaire

Please take 15 minutes to complete the Bristol Arts and Health on-line survey.
 
Arts and health consultancy Willis Newson, in partnership with Bristol City Council and NHS Bristol, is mapping the breadth and scope of arts and health activity across the city of Bristol.
 
The results of this research will be used to create an arts and health framework, leading to improved partnership working and the establishment of a Bristol Practitioners Network. 
This survey is for medical and health practitioners, community and social care workers, researchers, academics, artists, arts organisations and anyone connected with arts and health activity in the Bristol area.
