Artswork – Chief Executive

Artswork, the national independent youth arts development agency, is looking for an exceptional candidate to lead this exciting and complex organisation. The Chief Executive needs to have an in depth understanding of policies and strategic priorities for youth arts in the twenty-first century and a commitment to providing meaningful creative opportunities for young people, with specific knowledge of the needs of young people at risk. In addition to direct work with young people Artswork also provides a range of responsive services for professionals through Artsplan Training and Publications and ENYAN (English National Youth Arts Network).
